Why we do this
In just a few years, AI tools have become an everyday part of working life. Employees use them to write emails, summarise documents and look things up. That brings real benefits, but things also go wrong regularly: customer data ending up in a free chatbot, or a convincing but incorrect answer going to a customer without being checked.
Large companies have lawyers and training departments for this. Small and medium-sized organisations usually do not. For them, we create training that is short, practical and affordable, and that also records what you have done, so you can show it.
How we work
- Practical. We teach people what to do differently tomorrow, not how neural networks work.
- By role. Someone in HR needs different examples from someone in marketing.
- Based on sources. What we write about the rules is based on official sources: the legislation itself, such as the AI Act, the GDPR and Dutch copyright law, court rulings, and material from the European Commission, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and other regulators. We do not give legal advice, and we say so honestly when something is not yet clear.
- Careful and up to date. Every lesson is reviewed for accuracy before it goes online, and we update the lessons when the rules or the tools change.
