This website
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. So we do not know who you are or which pages you view.
Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps technical log files, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested. These are used only to keep the website secure and available, and are deleted after a short time.
If you email us
If you email info@themagicofai.com or fill in the sign-up form, we use your name, email address and what you write to us only to answer your question or handle your pilot request. What you enter in the form reaches us as an email; the website itself does not store it. We do not keep emails for longer than necessary, and for no more than two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
The training
For organisations that sign up for the training, we process data about their employees, and about freelancers or temporary workers the organisation signs up. That is:
- name and email address (usually the work address);
- organisation, department and the language you take the course in;
- progress in the course, test results and certificates of completion issued;
- technical log files of the learning platform, such as login times and IP address;
- for the organisation's contact persons: name, job title, email address and phone number.
Each certificate of completion carries a code. Anyone who has the code can check at academy.themagicofai.com that the certificate is genuine, and then sees, among other things, your name and the date it was issued.
We do this on behalf of the organisation. We sign a data processing agreement for this, which also states how long we keep the data. The learning platform is hosted by our hosting provider Keurig Online, on servers in the Netherlands. It only uses functional cookies, for example to keep you logged in, and no cookies for analytics or advertising. We do not use the data for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, email info@themagicofai.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
